Dave Messam practices civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence matters. Dave has extensive experience in property damage, bodily injury, subrogation, accident benefits, and insurance coverage. Dave also practices with the Municipal Law practice group and is a co-chair of the Not for Profit and Charity Law practice group.
Dave formerly worked as an associate at a large downtown Toronto law firm and as in-house counsel at an insurance company. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
