Kim Duong is chair of the firm’s Professional Liability practice group, and she is one of Toronto’s leading young lawyers in the field. 

Kim focuses primarily on defending insurance brokers and financial advisors. Kim also practices civil litigation in the areas of transportation, occupiers’ liability, products liability, personal injury, commercial law, and employment law.

She formerly worked as an associate at a downtown Toronto firm, specializing in insurance defence litigation. Kim has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
