Prevain regularly represents insurers and individual clients in a wide range of practice areas, with a special focus on accident benefits, insurance defence and subrogation claims. He has represented insurers and their interests both in court and at administrative tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Prior to joining McCague Borlack LLP, Prevain practiced at a prominent mid-sized Toronto firm where he represented clients in the area of motor-vehicle negligence and occupiers’ liability.  In pursuing the interests of his clients, Prevain strives to advise and represent his clients in a just and cost-efficient manner. He is best known for his easy-going manner and quick response time with co-workers and clients alike.

When not working, Prevain enjoys travelling and reading; he can also be found volunteering within his local community.
