Tracy joined the firm in September 2007, bringing a wealth of civil defence experience, including motor vehicle, personal injury, and occupiers’ liability. Tracy also acts on behalf of injured plaintiffs in some personal injury matters. Tracy's background includes statutory accident benefits litigation and arbitration, and she has a keen interest in loss transfer and priority issue disputes between insurance companies.

Tracy has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and she has mediation and arbitration experience.
