Specializing in insurance litigation, Jessica is experienced at defending catastrophic personal injury claims and complex, multi-party property damage files. She has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario. 

Her practice involves the defence of a broad range of claims, including motor vehicle, occupiers’ liability, product liability, and commercial general liability matters. She acts directly for insurers defending first party property damage claims and advancing subrogated claims.

A principal area of her practice is insurance coverage. She regularly provides timely opinions to insurers on the duty to defend. She provides advice regarding the interpretation of policy terms, policy breaches, misrepresentation, non-disclosure and fraud, with a particular focus on commercial general liability policies and motor vehicle liability policies.
