A Focus on Civil Litigation and Insurance Defence
Profile:
Michelle’s civil litigation experience already includes tort, accident benefits, subrogation, property loss, and medical malpractice having articled at a mid-sized Toronto insurance defence firm. This experience includes frequent appearances before the Superior Court of Justice and successfully arguing a number of contested motions. Prior to her articles, Michelle worked as a summer student for two Toronto criminal law firms, where she regularly appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice.
Michelle takes pride in her oral and written advocacy, and is committed to achieving the most favourable and cost-efficient results for her clients.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading fiction novels, listening to classic and modern rock music, and a variety of fitness activities including keeping up with her energetic puppy.
