Profile
Michael's practice involves insurance defence in a wide variety of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability and other cases involving negligence. In addition, he has experience defending national and international insurers, self-insured corporations, and injured plaintiffs. Michael is also a Notary Public.
Prior to joining McCague Borlack LLP, Michael was an associate at a mid-size Toronto law firm where he practiced primarily in the area of insurance litigation. He has appeared in the Superior Courts of Justice and Small Claims Courts across Ontario, representing clients in various civil matters.
When he is not in the office, Michael enjoys travelling, boating, and spending time in Northern Ontario on Georgian Bay.
