Mahroze practices civil litigation with a focus on accident benefits and insurance defence. She has worked on both the plaintiff and defence side of the personal injury bar which has afforded her a unique perspective in the litigation of motor vehicle accident claims.

Mahroze has extensive experience with Statutory Accident Benefits claims, including matters involving catastrophically impaired persons, loss transfer and priority disputes, and complex tort claims. She enjoys oral advocacy and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal.

Outside of work, Mahroze is an avid yoga and mindfulness practitioner and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. She is also working towards acquiring a Baking Arts Certificate and Professional Chocolatier Certificate.
