Additionally, Nicole has worked in the criminal and quasi-criminal field, including Occupational Health and Safety matters, environmental offences as well as in banking and municipal law.
Nicole has appeared before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and she has trial, arbitration and mediation experience. She is fluent in French and litigates matters in that language as well.
