A Focus on Commercial & Construction Litigation
Profile:
Adam joins McCague Borlack LLP as an associate after summering and articling with the firm starting in 2019. He practices a wide range of civil and commercial litigation with a focus on contractual disputes, construction law, subrogation and, debt recovery matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam gained experience as an extern for the Hon. Gershwin A. Drain of The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He then continued at the Court following this placement as a caseworker in the Federal Pro-Se Legal Assistance Clinic.
Adam also became a member of the New York State Bar in 2022.
Adam is keenly focused on finding efficient solutions for his clients. He strives to combine his practical experience in the construction industry with detail-oriented, passionate advocacy.
Outside the office, Adam enjoys playing hockey and golf as well as spending time with friends and family.
