She assists with claims arising from motor vehicle collisions, statutory accident benefits, occupier’s liability, human rights, wrongful dismissal, and occupational health & safety. Carly has appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT).

Carly began law school after working in the charity and not-for-profit sector in various roles. During law school, Carly was competitively selected as a Dean’s Legal Research Fellow and as a Legal Writing Leader. She worked as a Teaching Assistant for Principles of Legal Research, and interned with the Department of Justice Canada as well as a legal clinic. Carly was involved in student life as an Assistant Editor for the Ottawa Law Review and as the Law School Representative on the Chabad Executive Board.

Carly’s dedication to her clients is evident in both her oral and written advocacy. She takes great pride in developing and delivering strong arguments in a well-reasoned and articulate manner, always with an eye to advancing her clients’ interests.

In her spare time, Carly enjoys embarking on new adventures; highlights include trekking through the Peruvian jungle to Machu Picchu, hula hooping on the world’s largest salt flat, Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia, camping in the Amazon rainforest, floating in the Dead Sea after climbing Masada, and horseback riding in the Belize rainforest on a medicinal plants tour.
