Celina has been practicing in the areas of insurance defence and personal injury for several years. She started her career at a boutique firm in Barrie and moved on to a mid-sized insurance defence firm in Toronto. Her experience includes defending claims involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, and property damage. She also provides insurance coverage advice. However, Celina has a special interest in complex product liability matters and animal law including files involving dog bites, dog breeding, and all other dog-related issues.
Celina regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court of Ontario, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Tribunal. She successfully argued a complex motion, involving an exclusive jurisdiction clause, before the Superior Court of Justice. She prides herself in ensuring that her clients are provided with timely updates on their files. Celina is bilingual in English and Greek.
When not working, Celina enjoys travelling, particularly to warm places with good food. Being a true foodie, Celina enjoys everything from Michelin-star restaurants to food trucks and hot dog stands. Celina also enjoys curling up to watch a good movie with her rescue dog, Hatchi.
