In 2007, Kathryn joined McCague Borlack LLP as the Human Resource Manager bringing with her 20-plus years of experience.
Kathryn started her career as a Legal Assistant, and having obtained a Clerks Diploma, was soon promoted to a Law Clerk position. While working in the legal industry, she continued her education by studying Business Administration and Computer Networking and was promoted again to Network Administrator and then Office Manager. This richness of experience and education has empowered her to successfully fulfill her management role in HR. As well, Kathryn’s easy and outgoing personality is well-suited to HR making her approachable to Staff and Partners alike. Kathryn takes pride in her leadership skills and fosters camaraderie in all her projects.
Away from the office, Kathryn enjoys time with family and friends, knitting, or watching her son’s lacrosse games. She also enjoys escaping on a cruise or to a cottage (mostly to avoid participating in her husband’s renovation projects. Shhh ;)
