Asta is entering her final year of the English Common Law program at the University of Ottawa. Asta has developed a keen interest in oral advocacy through her work in the Community Legal Education division at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic. Additionally, Asta has made great connections through her executive role in the Allies in the Law mentorship program.

Prior to law school, Asta earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from Carleton University. Throughout her undergrad, Asta served as a Page and subsequently as Deputy Chief Page as part of the Senate Page Program at the Senate of Canada.

During her free time, Asta enjoys playing music with friends and family, watching Formula 1, and doing crafts.
