Kylie is completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. Kylie has found a passion for litigation and has spent her time in law school diving into trial and appellate advocacy courses, moots, and dispute resolution. She also acts as an upper-year mentor to incoming law students through the university’s Allies in the Law Program.
Prior to law school, Kylie completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Law at Carleton University, graduating on the Dean’s Honours List.
Beyond the law, Kylie has a passion for the environment and works part-time for a non-profit with a focus on habitat conservation in Canada. She spent last summer volunteering with an environmental legal organization, conducting research on climate litigation, which helped strengthen her research and advocacy skills.
In her free time, Kylie enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and playing tennis with friends.
