Muskan recently graduated from the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she was named to the Dean's Honour Roll. She summered at McCague Borlack and has returned as an articling student.

With a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution, Muskan gained practical experience through various moots and legal clinics on both sides of the border. As a student volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada, she worked on housing and immigration related matters. She also externed at the 18th District Court and supported self-represented litigants through the Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Clinic. These roles helped her build a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and litigation support.

Prior to law school, Muskan worked in real estate, where she managed high-volume pre-construction transactions and collaborated with clients, agents, and developers to navigate complex deals. Her background in sales gave her a strong foundation in negotiation, risk assessment, and client service, skills she now brings to her litigation work.

Outside of law, she founded a not-for-profit organization that provides educational opportunities, medical aid, and access to water and nutrition to children, youth, and families. She also enjoys painting, learning new languages, and playing tennis.
