This webinar brought together an occupational therapist, an accessibility-focused home renovator, and an MB Partner to examine future care home modification claims through an adjuster's lens. We addressed permanency, functional prognosis, and the clinical foundations required to justify home modifications, including timing and medical necessity. The panel highlighted common red flags, mitigation opportunities, and defensible analysis strategies.
