Sam is currently completing her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she has excelled as a student caseworker at Barbara Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and the Community & Legal Aid Services Program. These clinical opportunities and various experiences in mooting have helped her develop strong research-based advocacy and client skills.

Prior to her time at Osgoode, Sam completed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree through the Integrated Business and Humanities program at McMaster University, where she helped her debate team win first place in the national JDC Central Competition and was selected as Debate “All Star”.

Sam is a strong proponent of staying active, having played a plethora of sports throughout her life and advocating for equality of opportunity to participate in sport through her role as ambassador of Motionball. She currently enjoys cycling, reading, and hiking!
